I saw these skirts at the beginning of the summer on model Abbey Lee but her combination with biker boots, didn't grow on me instantly...later on, the other celebs started to follow this major trend first seen two seasons ago on fall runway by Dior, Galliano, Cavalli...and other combinations, like ones on Anna Dello Russo and Anja Rubik, with more feminine shoes, like stiletto heels and ballet flats were more suitable for my taste.

So if you have nice legs and love maxi, put on some nice panties and sheer skirt or dress, you can't go wrong for the summer and enjoy what's left of it.
